Today started out rough, going to the BR 1st and playing about 3 hrs and only being even sucks. So we call it a day head home after dinner and get some R and R. 10pm rolls around and we head to the HR for some drunks. We sit down with somw locals that are trying to trap these 2 drunks. They are sitting in seat 3 and 4. Now remember I play 1 and 2 blinds. These 2 are raising 25 pre flop. So mike and I sit down for 100, just in case we take a bad beat from these 2. Mike sits in seat 2 and I sit in seat 8. They start off raising every pot no matter who is in the hand. Remember they are at a table full of locals and they just don't know it. The 1st hand i play against them i have KQ off i raise to 6 and off course they both call. The flop is K,Q,8, i check and 3 seat bets 20 4 seat calls, I raise to 40 they both call. The turn is 2h, I check and 3 checks and so does 4. River is a 5c, I push for 34 more and they both fold. I muck my hand and they say did you have a str.????? I say yeah............. I am not sure what the hell people are doing at the poker table asking that kinda questions. ( REALLY ). But hey it worked out for me....LOL
After that i fold for about 1 1/2 hrs before I get 56 off and limp in. The 4 seat raises to 12 thats his magic number, everyone folds I call. The flop is 2,5,3 2 hearts I have a 6 of hearts. He bets 25 I call. K of hearts on the turn, he bets 15 I think about it and call. At this point I know he has a 5 but not really sure what his kicker is. The river is a 7 of hearts. So now I have a flush he bets 40 and says I have what you think I have. So right there I know I have him beat. Now the acting comes in, I sit there and sit there I take my hand and bang it on the table as to be mad, and one card flips out and hits the floor. They call my hand dead and I lose the pot. I flip my 6 of hearts and he flips his A d and 5 of hearts. He now know's I was playing him. After all that happened he rakes the pot and say's here man you played me good, and gives me half the pot. I have never seen anyone do that before, but he was a true gentlemen. After that he knew we were out to get him and he slowed down a great deal. About 2 hrs go by and I look at J 10 of diamonds. I raise to 12 and 3 and 4 come along. I look at the dealer and say flop me some 3's. The flop is K,Q,9 rainbow, I check and off course 3 bets 40 and 4 calls, I raise to 80 they both call. The turn is a K, so I check again and 3 checks but 4 bets 40 again, so I just call here (going to raise all in on the river). The river is a 7, I check again and he bets 80, so I raise to 200 he thinks about it and folds. WHAT!!!!! He shows his cards AQ off. Like I said not real sure why there at a poker table , but hey great for me. I folded about 10 hands after that and got up from the table and called it a night. We ended the night way up thanks to those 2.
